It is a network monitoring tool, which can be used by the administrators to check how much traffic is travelling from which terminal to which terminal.
It can be used by hackers to hack in the code to get the IP packets, and get customised information.
By default the output is set to stdout, it can be also stored in a file by changing the DUMPOUT Macro in hackpack.h header file.
